Learner Incident Reporting & Assistance System
A digital safety net for every learner in DepEd Region XI. Report incidents confidentially, request assistance, and receive timely support — right from your mobile device or browser.
DepEd Region XI Official System
The safety and well-being of learners are fundamental to quality education. Yet incidents such as bullying, abuse, and mental health crises remain persistent challenges in many schools. Without a centralized platform, reports are delayed, lost, or go unreported due to fear of reprisal.
EduAlert bridges this gap. Developed specifically for DepEd Region XI, it empowers learners with a mobile and web-based platform to confidentially report incidents, request assistance, and receive timely support. Schools and division offices gain tools for managing, tracking, and analyzing reports — strengthening child protection system-wide.
What EduAlert Does
Enables learners to report bullying, abuse, and emergencies through a mobile app or web interface — anytime, anywhere.
Automatically routes reports to the appropriate school or division personnel for swift, coordinated response.
Ensures confidential and secure handling of sensitive information submitted by learners and protection officers.
Provides OKD and LRPAO focal persons with dashboards for monitoring trends, case status, and response times.
